Located on the Bassin d'Arcachon, close to all amenities (leisure, food, heritage), our Holiday cottage, a former family forge, is a small 65 m² semi-detached house with landscaped terrace and enclosed grounds. Set back from the rue du Capitaine, in a private property, in a cul-de-sac serving other dwellings, the forge will be the ideal place to spend a pleasant vacation.
The house comprises an equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and sitting room, two bedrooms (one 140x190cm bed and two 90x190cm beds), and a shower room with toilet.
Private parking adjacent to Holiday cottage. Bed linen and towels provided. Tourist tax extra. Rental reserved for private individuals.

Mike Excellent séjour en août
Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes, malgré une arrivée tardive. Tout était parfait, la maison est impeccable, très spacieuse et très calme. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, ils nous ont même prêté des sacs à dos pour nos activités.

Stéphanie Séjour très agréable
Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gîte propre où il ne manque rien. Situé au fond d'une impasse avec portail motorisé. Très calme,reposant. Seul regret ne pas avoir pris 2 semaines.

Gîte au calme avec place de parking sécurisée grâce au portail avec code. Excellent accueil des propriétaires avec petites attentions à l'arrivée qui font toujours plaisir. Les jeux partagés avec leurs petits enfants ont bien plu à nos enfants. A recommander sans hésitation.
