La Ferme de Marie, nestled in the heart of the Graves Vineyards, is situated in a quiet and unspoiled setting. It is an elegant, fully renovated country house. True to its history, it has retained its authentic character with its vast meadows and organically farmed vineyard.
You’ll enjoy a private, enclosed garden of about 50 m² and the 6-hectare estate, perfect for walks and relaxation. The entire property, including the Vineyard, is fully fenced, offering a peaceful and secure setting.
Ideally located, the house serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the region’s treasures: the Château de Montesquieu in La Brède, the Saucats Geological Reserve, the bike paths leading to Lake Hostens, canoeing and kayaking in Bommes, the prestigious vineyards of Sauternes, Pessac-Léognan, and Graves, not to mention the tree-top adventure park in Aigues-Mortes-les-Graves.
Spacious and bright, the house offers a high level of comfort. The main living area, bathed in light, combines a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a warm living room. A library on the mezzanine level invites you to read and relax.
The four bedrooms, decorated with nature-themed decor and located on the ground floor, consist of: Prairie: 2 single beds (90 cm) - Vigne: 2 single beds (90 cm) - Forest: 1 double bed (160 cm) - Palombe: 1 double bed (160 cm).
The holiday cottage also features a bathroom, a shower room, and two separate restrooms.
For your convenience, a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is available. Nearby, numerous forest trails invite you to enjoy beautiful walks, while a ping-pong table, stored in the garage, is perfect for sharing fun moments with family or friends.
During your stay, you can also taste the estate’s wines right on the property.
Services and additional information: Wi-Fi available throughout the holiday cottage. Nearby shops are 3 km away in La Brède. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Bath linens are available for rent, and a cleaning fee for the end of your stay is charged separately. Heating is billed based on usage.
