La Falaise

Nestled on the heights of a limestone hillside typical of the right bank of the Gironde estuary, our Holiday cottage "La Falaise" is located in Gauriac, a small village between Bourg sur Gironde and Blaye and its famous citadel. Surrounded by terraced gardens, our Holiday cottage offers a peaceful change of scenery, with superb views over the estuary, its islands and the Médoc. The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, an adjoining utility room, a bright living room with dining area and two troglodyte rooms; these rooms, dug into the blonde rock, a real asset of the site, will keep you cool in summer. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. There are two terraces, one with a barbecue, and several garden areas. Private parking for two cars is available above the Holiday cottage. Access to the Holiday cottage is on foot via a communal path and stairs (local Hiking loop). Due to the layout of the site, access is difficult for people with reduced mobility. Bed linen, towels, heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
