In the heart of the Lège-Cap-Ferret peninsula, 1.2 km from the lagoon and 4 km from the ocean, the ground floor of this family home offers a cozy apartment with a living room featuring a sleeper sofa (accommodates additional guests), a DVD player, and a kitchen (induction cooktop, freezer, capsule coffee maker compatible with all standard capsules, electric coffee maker, citrus juicer, mixer, and immersion blender). 3-in-1 multi-purpose appliance: crepe maker, raclette grill, and toaster. One bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and one bedroom with two single beds (80x200 each) or a single 160x200 bed, as preferred (please specify before arrival). Both bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. Separate toilet with a sink. Heating and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Private, enclosed garden with a covered patio, a wooden deck with outdoor furniture, a parasol, a built-in barbecue, and a garden shed for sports equipment. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided; the beds are made on arrival, and heating is included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. For your comfort, there are three fans located in the two bedrooms and the living room.
Fitness trails are 150 meters away, and a bike path is nearby (50 meters); a bus stop and the center of Petit Piquey, along with numerous shops and restaurants, are 750 meters away. Accueil chaleureux. Propriétaires aux petits soins pour que le séjour soit optimal. Appartement joliment décoré, très frais malgré la canicule. Joli jardin bien entretenu. Salon de jardin très confortable. Nous retournions bien volontiers, en espérant pouvoir faire un tour sur la pinasse;)

Un super accueil, une location idéalement située avec absolument tout ce qu'il faut en équipement que ce soit cuisine ou ménager électroménager. Un charmant jardin avec salon de jardin et barbecue. Vraiment top nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine au Cap Ferret avec ma fille, dans ce gîte qui a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.
Le logement est à la fois confortable, fonctionnel et très agréable à vivre. La qualité de la literie, la grande salle de bain et les espaces extérieurs invitent réellement à la détente, que ce soit après une journée de balade ou simplement pour profiter du calme environnant.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’accueil des propriétaires, à la fois chaleureux et discret, qui met immédiatement à l’aise.
L’environnement est idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter pleinement de la région. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et où nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Caroline A perfect holiday
We had a wonderful stay and a fantastic holiday in Cap Ferret. The gîte is perfect and is so well stocked, and arranged with such great consideration, that it supplies all that you could need. The location is ideal with the lovely village and Arcachon Bassin in easy walking distance, and the Atlantic Ocean close by too. All stunning.
What made are holiday so special were the extra touches, treats and genuine hospitality and generosity of Fred and Sandrine. We were so touched by their kindness.
Cap Ferret is a very special place and so is the gîte which we recommend without hesitation.

Clem&Den Séjour merveilleux
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable avec notre fille de 2 ans.
Le gîte est idéalement situé, entre le bassin et la côte atlantique avec la piste cyclable attenante.
Equipement bébé à disposition (lit de bonne qualité, chaise haute, vaisselle) et en bonus des petits jeux et de beaux gestes d'attention de nos hôtes.
