Situated 700 meters from the center of Andernos and on the edge of the beach, this independent wooden house, very close to the owners in a calm, green setting, with closed parking close to the house, offers all the possibilities for a pleasant seaside stay and for discovering the many facets of the Bassin d'Arcachon and its region. A large, bright living room with open-plan kitchen (microwave) is extended by a wooden terrace sheltered from the prevailing winds with garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha. The living room leads to two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and en-suite shower room, the other with a 160cm bed (convertible into 2 twin 80cm beds) and en-suite bathroom. Separate toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating. Beds made on arrival and bed linen included in the price. Linen rental available at extra cost, plus cleaning service at the end of your stay (65€ payable directly to the owners).

Alice Emplacement idéal
La maison est agréable et très bien située. Le jardin arboré a beaucoup plu aux enfants. La propriétaire s'est montrée très accueillante. Prévoir du produit anti moustique car il y en a quelques uns.

Nous avons séjourné du 14 au 22 juin 2025 dans ce gîte, parfaitement situé à Andernos, en bordure de plage et à quelques minutes des pistes cyclables et du centre. Le gîte est une maison indépendante située au bout du parc de la résidence des propriétaires, avec une entrée indépendante. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, propre et spacieux. Nous avons été très aimablement accueillis par Madame la propriétaire, très sympathique. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce gîte et cette très belle région. Nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand des plaisir
