La Bougeotte

Located in the north of the Gironde, at the gateway to the Charente Maritime region, between the estuary and the Vineyards, the Bougeotte Holiday cottages welcome you for your stay. This location is ideal for discovering the many tourist attractions in the area: the port of Callonges, the Terres d'oiseaux nature reserve, the Blaye citadel, the Jonzac Thermal Baths, the Mysterra park in Montendre, the wine estates of northern Gironde and many more.
Our estate is located in a hamlet in the village of Pleine selve. The Holiday cottage la Bougeotte is attached to our house and to a second cottage. It has an enclosed garden with garden furniture. Completely renovated in 2023, it comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with twin 80x200 cm beds) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The accommodation is equipped with reversible air-conditioning. Television is available in bedrooms only. You will have access to our shared swimming pool from May 15 to September 30 (10x5m, open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm). Bed linen, towels, tea towels and heating/air conditioning are included in the price. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (extra charge, up-to-date vaccination record and no access to the room for hygiene reasons). Private parking on the property. End-of-stay cleaning extra.
