La Borderie is a typical Pomerol village house, nestled in the largest hamlet in Pomerol, just a few kilometers from Saint Emilion.
Its modern comforts, intimate, green, fully fenced garden, private swimming pool and proximity to Pomerol's greatest châteaux, just a few minutes' walk away, will enhance your enjoyment of the region.
This 90 m² Holiday cottage features a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and private shower room, plus a second independent toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with regulated Electric heating. Bicycles are available for exploring the Vineyard. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning service available at extra charge.
A Hager Witty plug is available for charging your electric car in the parking space in the Holiday cottage garden.
Pets are welcome with a €200 deposit.

WJane A fantastic stay
We had a fantastic four night stay. The accommodation is exactly as shown on the pictures. It is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Arrival and departure was easily arranged with the friendly owner. What is difficult to see from the details is that each of the rooms has its own (partially open) bathroom and then there are two separate toilets as well. The village the gite is located in is small but has a restaurant and tabac. Saint Emilion and Libourne are both an easy cycle away. Very good bakeries are also close by.

It was a pleasure to have you and your friends as our guests. Each room has its own bathroom, which is always more comfortable when staying with friends. We're delighted you enjoyed your stay.

Cosy design Wonderful stay
Our stay in this beatifully designed cosy house was lovely. Corinne, the host was very welcoming and prepared . She was very attentive. The garden is also great to spend the day near the pool.

Luc mois de mars merveilleux
A Catusseau je viens en fin d'hiver ou au début de l'automne pour retrouver mes enfants et petits enfants; l'accueil de Corinne est toujours autant délicat que raffiné; sa maison est un havre de paix agréable et chaleureux. Bien sûr je reviendrai très vite pour profiter aussi d'une région idéale pour le cycliste que je suis.
