Located just 12 km from Saint-Emilion and around 50 km from Bordeaux, our Holiday cottage enjoys a quiet, pleasant setting in the small hamlet of Coussillon in the heart of the Vineyard. This location is ideal for discovering some of the most prestigious vineyards (Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Sauternes, Bordeaux), and our local heritage rich in châteaux, bastides and typical villages. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Grand Saint Emilionnais Golf Club, just 7kms away. It's in this setting that Véronique and Olivier welcome you all year round to their air-conditioned holiday cottage in a fully restored 14th-century building.
Separate from the owners' home, it comprises an attractive living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190 cm bed, the other with 2 twin beds, a shower room with WC, a mezzanine lounge and an upstairs bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a small private shower room/WC. In an adjoining annex (not communicating), a 4th air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and private shower room/WC, and a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and cleaning equipment. You'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture overlooking our beautiful swimming pool, and a garden with a gas plancha. Bed linen, table linen, towels and heating are included in the price. Cleaning service available at end of stay (extra charge). Heated Piscine, shared with the owners, open from mid-April to end-September (9am-10pm). Please note that the Holiday cottage can only be booked for a minimum of 2 nights in the "off- and mid-season" and for a minimum of one week in the "high and very high season", as well as for all school vacations. This Holiday cottage is for tourist rental only. An air-conditioning unit cools the first floor and the main room on the first floor, while the rooms on the first floor are naturally cool due to the thickness of the walls.
