Come and take advantage of our apartment's exceptional location, right on the water, overlooking Bird Island.

Our "feet in the water" apartment offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Arcachon, with direct access to the Beach. Located 400 m from the City center, this 68 m² apartment is on the second floor of a residence with elevator and features a large 23 m² terrace as well as a secure parking space in a private covered parking lot (small vehicle).
It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two twin beds (80cm) that can be converted into a double bed (160cm), and a bathroom (Italian shower) with toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs, chaise longue.
Electric heating.
Bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and kitchen linen are included in the price.
Tourist tax extra. A specific cleaning deposit of €200 is payable on arrival and will be cashed in if necessary after an inventory of fixtures on departure. The Holiday cottage has internet access.
You may be billed for electricity consumption following meter readings taken on arrival and on departure.
