Come and take advantage of our apartment's exceptional location, right on the water, overlooking Bird Island.

Our waterfront apartment offers a panoramic view of Arcachon Bay with direct access to the Beach. Located 400 meters from the city center, this 68-square-meter apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator and features a large 23-square-meter terrace as well as a secure parking spot in a private covered parking garage (for a small vehicle).
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 80 cm beds that can be joined to form a 160 cm bed), and a bathroom (walk-in shower) with a toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs, chaise longue, and lounge chairs.
Electric heating.
Sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, and kitchen linens are included in the price. Housekeeping is not included in the stay.
Tourist tax is extra. A specific cleaning deposit of €200 is to be paid upon arrival and will be collected if necessary after the final inspection upon departure. The holiday cottage has internet access.
Electricity usage may be billed based on meter readings taken upon arrival and departure.
