Our "feet in the water" apartment offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Arcachon with direct access to the Beach. Located 400 m from the City center, this 68 m² apartment is on the second floor of a residence with elevator and features a large 23 m² terrace as well as a secure parking space (253.5 m wide and 195 m high). It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two twin beds (80cm) that can be converted into a double bed (160cm), a bathroom and a shower room (shower only) with toilet. Terrace with garden furniture. Electric heating. Private covered parking in residence (one space for small vehicle). Beds made on arrival and kitchen linen included. Towels can be rented for a fee. Tourist tax extra. A specific cleaning deposit of €200 is payable on arrival and will be cashed in if necessary after the departure inventory. The Holiday cottage does not have internet access.

4/5Nous avons été très bien accueillis et gâtés par de gentilles attentions. Très bon séjour à Arcachon.
L’appartement est très bien agencé et fonctionnel. Très calme et vue mer !
Attention à la place de parking qui est petite et stationnement difficile pour un gros véhicule.
