La Mondette offers a peaceful stay in the heart of vineyards and meadows (13ha) with animals (goats, donkeys, pony, horse). At the gateway to the Dordogne and 20 minutes from Saint Emilion, the Périgord terroir and great Bordeaux wines will satisfy even the most epicurean palate. You'll be staying in a fully restored stone building, comprising two Holiday cottages with terraces and enclosed gardens that can accommodate a total of 15 people. Owners' Piscine (4.20x11m) available from 9am to 9pm, slide, swing, ping-pong table, volleyball court, badminton court, pétanque court. Fishing pond on the property.
The first Holiday cottage comprises an entrance hall, fitted kitchen/dining room, living room, bedroom (1 bed 140) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a second with a double bed (140cm) and a third with two single beds (90cm), shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating.
A second Holiday cottage comprises an equipped kitchen (microwave), living room (TV), bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room, wc. Upstairs, bedroom (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90). Electric heating.
Sheets and towels for hire, housekeeping package. Towel and bath mat provided. Internet access via cpl. Baby bed, high chair and bathtub on request.
