Located on the outskirts of Bordeaux, Holiday cottage Seguin is the ideal starting point for discovering the many treasures of our department: heading towards the Médoc, you can take the "route des châteaux" from Margaux to Pauillac, via Saint Julien Beychevelle and Saint Estèphe. Continuing along the Gironde estuary, you'll reach Le Verdon sur Sea at the Pointe de Grave, which looks like the end of the world. The Atlantic coastline, with its ocean beaches, is just 50 km away (Lacanau Océan). And don't forget to visit the Arcachon basin... The tramway, just 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage, will take you quickly and easily to Bordeaux.
Holiday cottage Seguin is located 800 meters from Eysines city center, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, transport, schools, etc.). It is located in a cul-de-sac serving several houses.
The house is detached and has enclosed grounds with two terraces, a landscaped area with barbecue, and a parking area (1 space inside the property and 2 spaces in the ilmpasse in front of the Holiday cottage).
It comprises an entrance hall opening onto the main room with dining room and TV lounge (decorative fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob), three bedrooms (two 140x190 beds and one 120x190 bed), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
The Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating and air conditioning (in the living room only). Bed linen is included in the price. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (extra charge).
The Holiday cottage is not suitable for electric vehicles (Intermarché - 10 minutes away - has charging stations).

Nous étions déjà venus dans ce gîte il y a 3 ans et avons été de nouveau reçus chaleureusement par nos hôtes.
Tout est parfait Accueil, propreté, espace de vie et confort Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.
Son emplacement est parfait, à proximité du tram pour se rendre à Bordeaux et des commerces.
Nous avons passé un séjour génial avec nos ados qui ont aussi adoré les transats du jardin le BBQ et la liberté de pouvoir aller d eux même à Bordeaux- Cleanliness

Jm Beau Gîte, bien placé
Très beau Gîte, bien situé et bien équipé pour un accueil familial.
Merci aux propriétaires pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée ainsi que pour les conseils et astuces de visites.
Logement à 5 minutes du Tram et à 2 pas des commerces, dans un quartier calme.
Seul petit bémol, pour les dos fragiles, Matelas un peu souple ou trop dur suivant les chambres.

EMILIE Location idéale
Très beau séjour près de Bordeaux. Le gîte est idéalement situé près du tram, pratique pour aller en centre-ville. Il est très bien équipé, rien ne manque et l'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. Je recommande ce gîte.
