Situated in the Countryside in the South of Gironde, in the heart of a green setting in a Natura 2000 site, the Sansoutic Holiday cottage welcomes you for your stay in this calm and preserved environment. If you're a heritage lover, there's plenty to discover in Bazas (12 km) and at the châteaux of Roquetaillade, Cazeneuve and Villandraut. Nature sports enthusiasts can choose between Hiking, Canoeing, Kayaking, Fishing and Cycling. On site, you'll be able to discover our organic vegetable garden and orchard. You'll also get to know the house cat. Enjoy plancha evenings with starry skies and the Milky Way. For your relaxation, pingpong, Molky, table soccer and around 150 board games are at your disposal, as is a Sports hall located next to the Holiday cottage; what challenges will you take up? Housed in a farm built 200 years ago, the Sansoutic Holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2021, backs onto our main house with its own entrance. The first floor comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and table soccer. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, the TV lounge awaits you for pleasant moments of relaxation, with a library of over 150 comics and mangas for all ages. The first floor also includes two attic bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed and a 160x200 bed (extra bed in one of them), a shower room and a separate toilet. For a worry-free stay, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and pellet-fired central heating are included in the price. Mosquito traps have been installed. Cleaning service available at the end of your stay (extra charge). For your baby, you'll find a wooden cot with bars, bumper pad and mattress, a small coffee table with armchair, bottle warmer, baby bath, changing mat, and a charging point for your electric vehicle (paying option).
