This 18th-century house, semi-detached from the owners, houses two Holiday cottages in the heart of the Côtes de Blaye, Bourg and Bordeaux Supérieur vineyards. Enjoy pleasant views over the Countryside, a Spa open from May to September and a swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 0.70 m to 1.70 m) open from April 15 to October 15, weather permitting. A large relaxation area with pool house, terrace, barbecue, plancha, table tennis and table soccer is at your disposal.
The first floor comprises a large living room with kitchen, dining room, lounge and separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room with hydromassage shower, as well as two large bedrooms with two single beds (90cm), a double bed (160cm) and an extra bed. The upstairs has air conditioning and oil-fired heating, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the Holiday cottage.
Bed linen provided for the Piscine. Bathroom and kitchen linen must be provided. Housekeeping package available at end of stay (€80). Only one pet allowed, with a deposit of €100. The Holiday cottage is suitable for Telework with office area and internet connection. Tourist tax extra.
