Gite Pontricot

The Pontricot Holiday cottage is located in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, adjoining the owner's home.
The first floor comprises a dining/living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge and freezer, plunger/dishwasher, pressure cooker, raclette machine, etc.), a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms: the first with 3 beds 90x190cm, the second with a bed 140x190cm, and a private WC. A laundry room with washing machine completes the ensemble.
Bed linen provided. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning package extra. Underfloor heating and heat pump. Television with TNT. Garden furniture. Covered carport opposite Holiday cottage.
Base de loisirs at Hostens 14km. House located on the D1010 for easy access to the Bassin d'Arcachon and Bordeaux. Table tennis rackets and balls available.
