Gîte Ney Prouc

Located in the heart of the Entre-deux-mers vineyards, 15 km from Saint Emilion and 800 m from the village of Rauzan with its château and Célestine cave, the Ney Prouc gîte is set in 1000 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees, with a pleasant view over the vineyards. It comprises an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen opening onto the boiler room (washing machine), a living room with dining area and sitting room, three bedrooms, one with a 90cm bed and the other two with 140cm beds, a shower room with large shower and a separate toilet. Barbecue available. Sheets and table linen are included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee). Oil-fired central heating available at extra cost. Baby equipment available: high chair, bed, bathtub.
