Located on the hills above the Castillon - Côtes de Bordeaux wine region, in the heart of a vineyard estate, the Château Moya holiday cottage offers a lovely view of the Countryside and the surrounding vineyards. During your stay, you’ll have access to a large, tree-lined yard, outdoor furniture including a table and four chairs, four lounge chairs, and a parasol.
This fully renovated 120 m² stone cottage features a spacious veranda with a fireplace. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large dining/living room (with a sofa bed), complete with a TV, fireplace, and a half-bath. Fiber-optic internet access. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom (1 bed, 160x200 cm) and a second bedroom with two beds (90x190 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.
Garage with a washer and dryer, accessible from outside and from the kitchen via a staircase.
Sheets, bath linens, and kitchen linens are included in the price, with Housekeeping included.
For use of the sofa bed, a supplement of 25€ per person will be charged.
Gas heating is an additional charge. For hot weather, there are 2 portable air conditioners and 2 fans.
Guests can sample the estate’s wines and visit the owner’s other Vineyard in Fronsac. Pets are allowed.
