We invite you to stay in the Countryside, in a peaceful setting with a garden full of flowers. A donkey and a henhouse (20 meters away) on the property add a touch of rural charm.
Our village of Vendays Montalivet is just a few kilometers from the beautiful ocean coast with its fine sandy beaches. Discover the region's typical Markets, including the daily one in Montalivet, the small ports of the Gironde estuary, the Richard and Cordouan lighthouses (listed as Unesco World Heritage Sites in 2021), as well as the great lakes of Carcans/Hourtin and the great wines. Explore the region on the many hiking and cycling trails. We open our doors to you and welcome you. Kids can see the chickens.
The house, located in the Countryside, is semi-detached with 2 dwellings, and has an enclosed flowered terrace, garden furniture and a carport.
You'll find a living room with kitchen (microwave), dining area and sitting area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x190cm, 2 beds 90x190cm), a shower room, and separate wc.
A covered gaming room with ping-pong table is available.
Parking available on the property, in the shade if required.
Electric heating not included above 8kwh of electricity per day.
Cycle track 6 km away. Windsurfing at 14 km. End-of-stay cleaning package extra. Pets allowed with deposit. Dogs considered dangerous (categories 1 and 2) are not accepted. Dogs must remain in the small enclosure and be kept on a leash outside; they must not be allowed in the bedrooms. Sheets and towels optional.
