Housed in the former wine storehouse of the early 20th-century house, adjoining another holiday cottage, located in a hamlet near the RD 252. Stay in a warm and friendly setting. A patio, landscaped with Mediterranean plants, offers you a privileged place to relax. A large plot of land nearby offers an ideal play area for Kids, with molky, boules pitch, swing and ping-pong table. In a rustic style, with exposed stonework and beams, you'll find a large living room with dining area and lounge, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, wc. Mezzanine with sofa bed. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90, 1 bed 140), games room. Reversible air-conditioning in living rooms, electric radiators in bedrooms. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning available for a fee. Kitchen linen provided for your convenience. Radio/CD/DVD player. Spa available on reservation from the owners (fixed price for one hour for 5 people, €50). For security, cameras on the estate.

    Séjour agréable

    Un accueil chaleureux.
    Les hôtes sont disponibles et de bons conseils sur les activités et visites à faire aux alentours.
    Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans un gîte agréable, un ancien chai réaménagé avec goût.
    Le jardin dessiné avec passion par le propriétaire offre de beaux moments de détente et de partage avec les jeux mis à disposition.
    A refaire lors d'un autre passage dans la région.

    3ème fois que nous louons ce gîte, 3ème fois que nous en sommes super content. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et ils font tout pour vous rendre la vie agréable. Le gîte est très confortable et pratique.Il y a beaucoup d'espace et il est bien agencé. Il y a 2 autres gîtes sur place, mais il n'y a pas de promiscuité. L'endroit est très sympa, assez isolé, mais les commerces ne sont pas loin et accessibles en vélo. La région est très belle, il suffit de peu pour se retrouver en pleine campagne, seul et en pleine nature. La gironde n'est pas loin et permet de jolies balades.
