Your dream is to find yourself in a welcoming, cosy, family-run place with bohemian Zen decor, so come to "Mimi yuu". Caroline and Fabien welcome you to this pretty, peaceful nest, where you can enjoy the Piscine available from June to the end of September. A private Spa is available from 10am to 6pm, and there are two lovely terraces: one high up, where you can relax with a book in hand, and the other where you can share a convivial meal around a barbecue or plancha. For stays of less than a week, the Spa option can be adjusted to the number of nights (payable to the owners). Kids aged between 3 and 9 can enjoy a swing set. Inside, the living area features a sitting area with home Cinema, board games and a dining area with built-in kitchen. A shower room with walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor. Under-stair laundry area with washing machine. Upstairs, a beautifully decorated bedroom with a 140x190 bed and velux window, then a second bedroom with a 160x200m bed opening onto the terrace with armchairs, parasol, table and stools, overlooking the Corconnac Vineyard. For winter evenings, a pellet stove will keep you warm (bags extra, and electricity consumption charged in addition to 8kw/h). Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning service at extra charge. 3mx10m alarmed Piscine, 1m20 to 1m90 deep, open according to weather. In the heart of the world's best-known Vineyards, these stretches of pine forests and close to the Atlantic Ocean with its beaches and natural lakes. You can sail, play, taste oysters on our magnificent Bassin d'Arcachon after climbing the Dune du Pilat. Visit the UNESCO-listed city of Bordeaux, 44 km away. The property is home to a small dog, two cats, hens and a rooster.

Localisation pratique pour rayonner entre la mer bordeaux l'estuaire
Des propriétaires très agréable et attentionnés accueil fait en visio dès la veille pour nous faciliter notre arrivée pour faciliter notre arrivée tardive. Petite attention toute simple mais agréable nous utilisons une cafetière filtre habituellement et une cafetière filtre a été mise en place avec filtre a café et un paquet de café présent a notre arrivée, le gîte avait été chauffé et présence de petits cadeaux
Niveau confort que ça soit la literie le canapé très confortable, cuisine fonctionnelle ( juste la gazinière un peu difficile a allumer) et bien équipée. Salle de bain agréable
La décoration globale du gîte est faite avec goût.
Nous n'avons pas pu tester par manque de temps le spa et le barbecue
Un gîte que je recommande a 300% ou nous reviendrons dès que nous en auront la possibilité- Cleanliness

Cath Une bulle de zénitude
Dans ce gîte, on se sent bien autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Confort, décoration, piscine, jacuzzi. Une bulle de bonheur pour se ressourcer.

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin !
Accueil chaleureux et sincère de la part des propriétaires, avec une mention spéciale pour Caroline, toujours aux petits soins, attentive et pleine de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour.
Le gîte est d’une propreté impeccable, décoré avec goût et très chaleureux. L’emplacement est idéal : commerces à proximité et nombreux sites à visiter dans les alentours.
La piscine et le jacuzzi sont impeccables, bien entretenus et un vrai bonheur après une journée de visites.
