Set on a property located between the Gironde estuary, the Pointe du Médoc and the Atlantic coast, in a complex comprising 3 Holiday cottages, stay in Michel's Holiday cottage. You'll enjoy a wooded garden with garden furniture, terrace, barbecue and parking next to the Holiday cottage. Kitchen, living room with sitting area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room, WC. A fan is available for hot summer days. End-of-stay cleaning package extra. Tourist tax extra. Washing machine shared with other Holiday cottages.
Living on our property with games for Kids. Electric heating not included, heating package extra per week. Linen not supplied. During your stay, you can explore the Vineyard region, perhaps by canoe? Take a break on one of our long beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, just 10 minutes away! In the evening, some grilled prawns and oysters from the aquaculture farm will give you a change of scene. Sail to the Cordouan lighthouse for a magnificent view.

Un petit coin de paradis avec ou sans enfant
5/5Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !
L’emplacement est parfait, proche de St Vivien (magasins, boulangerie, office du tourisme, banque….). Non loin de plusieurs plages. Proche de Soulac, une grande ville touristique. Proche aussi de ferme pédagogique, parc animalier, accrobranche… bref. Mille façons de s’amuser.
Le gîte en lui même est top. Surtout si vous venez avec des enfants (jeux extérieurs dans un grand espace boisé : trampoline, toboggan, balançoires…). Très calme ! Seul le bruit des poules et coq brise le silence. Notre fils a adoré voir les poules, les vaches, les chevaux dans les champs autour. Et s’est régalé avec les centaines de mûriers qu’on trouve sur les route autour.
L’intérieur du gîte était vraiment bien : 2 grandes chambres spacieuses, une grande salle principale avec cuisine qui a tout le nécessaire. Grande salle de bain avec wc séparés. Le tout dans une maison qui garde le frais ce qui est bien appréciable avec les chaleurs d’été ! Une terrasse pour manger en extérieur est aussi super !
Béatrice est joignable et très réactive !
Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce gîte où nous reviendrons si nous venons dans la région.
