This 18th-century house, semi-detached from the owners, houses two Holiday cottages in the heart of the vineyards of Côtes de Blaye, Côtes de Bourg and Bordeaux Supérieur. It boasts lovely views, a Spa (open from May to September) and a 10x5 m swimming pool with pool house, terrace and large relaxation area. Leisure facilities include a ping-pong table, table soccer, charcoal barbecue, electric plancha and garage. On the first floor, the large living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, a dining room and a living room with sofa and armchairs. There's a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 bed 140 x 190), a shower room with hydromassage shower and WC. A separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board complete this level. Upstairs, two large bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds, the other with a 160cm bed and extra bed. The latter has a shower and washbasin in the room, with a toilet on the landing. The upstairs is air-conditioned and heated by a wood-burning stove, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the Holiday cottage. Swimming pool towels, kitchen linen and wood are provided, while bathroom linen is provided on request. An end-of-stay cleaning service is available for a fee. One pet allowed with deposit. Tourist tax is extra. The Holiday cottage is also suitable for Telework, with an office area in the living room and a high-performance Internet connection.
