Gîte Lusseau

Holiday cottage Lusseau is housed in a 19th-century building on an organic wine-growing estate in the heart of the Graves appellation, 22 km from Bordeaux.
It is located in the grounds, which also house the owner and his dog, and has its own entrance and private, gated grounds.
The Holiday cottage has a private above-ground swimming pool, 4m in diameter and 1.20m deep, with a wooden deck, a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue.
On the first floor, you'll find a dining room with open kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer), living room, separate toilet and utility room (washing machine).
Upstairs: one bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm, which can be twinned into 1 bed 180x190cm) with en-suite shower room and wc, and a second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room/wc. In this second bedroom, a 7.5m² mezzanine offers additional sleeping space with a 140x190cm bed.
The Holiday cottage has air-conditioning upstairs. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included, as is cleaning (please clean the fridge and oven).

You can park your car in the Holiday cottage grounds, or in the grounds of the property, or even outside in front of the independent entrance to the accommodation.
