New detached house, in a hamlet, at the corner of a crow's-foot, enclosed landscaped grounds (electric gate), large terrace and dining area (large parasol, awning, retractable sunshade), garden furniture, barbecue (charcoal) + Plancha (gas).
Ambiance and industrial decor in the large cross-sectional living room with large bay window opening onto the terrace. The living room features a fully-equipped kitchen (American fridge, Cookéo multifunction food processor, Nespresso coffee maker, and small appliances such as kettle, toaster, etc.) and a central island dining area. The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, TV, table soccer, and to keep things fun, a sound bar, a Google Home speaker and a Wii game console. The entrance hall leads to a shower room with WC, a separate WC and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 and 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk beds. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, iron and ironing board...are located in the garage, where you can store motorcycles, bicycles or any other leisure equipment you may wish to bring along during your stay. Your vehicle will be parked on the property's dedicated outdoor space. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Baby equipment provided: bed and bed linen, high chair, bathtub and potty (on request).
Electric heating (not included in the price), with hot/cold air conditioning in the living room, and convector heaters in the other rooms. Internet box for TV and WiFi.
