8km from the Sea, in the Countryside, the Holiday cottage is located in a dedicated part of the owners' restored old house; it has an independent entrance, terrace, grounds, garden furniture, parking.
First floor: living room with kitchen, dining and relaxation area, separate toilet.
Upstairs: two attic bedrooms with air-conditioning, (1 bed 160 made up of 2 box springs and a mattress in160 and 2 beds 90x1.90m), shower room / WC.
Underfloor heating on first floor (Geothermal heat pump) and electric heating upstairs. Air-conditioning upstairs extra according to consumption.
Tourist tax not included. Linen rental for single and double beds and end-of-stay cleaning package extra. Kitchen linen provided. Closed bicycle garage. Please inform the owner of your expected arrival time (approximately). Reinforced socket for recharging cars at slow speed available, with flat rate per recharge per day.
