Located in Meyney, a small hamlet in the village of Saint-Aubin de Branne, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region and at the gateway to Saint-Emilion, Le Courtil nestles between vineyards and pastures, away from the hustle and bustle of the City.
A land of good living, the region also offers a wide range of pleasures and activities, including heritage discovery, gastronomy, cellar tours with tastings, Hiking, cycling (two bikes available), horse-riding, a climbing cliff 12 km away, and a rowing club 3 km away.
Le Courtil is an 80 m² Detached house set in 600 m² of fully enclosed grounds.
It comprises a kitchen opening onto a living room with sitting area, two bedrooms, an office, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Possibility of renting sheets and towels. Kitchen linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning package extra.
Garden shed. Vehicle parking in paddock. Reinforced socket for electric car connection (extra charge €5/day). Oil-fired central heating. Wifi Internet access.
Pets allowed, with owner's agreement, small pets weighing no more than 10 kg, and a deposit of €200. Tourist tax extra.

Très bon séjour
5/5Excellente location. La maison est idéalement située, très bien équipée, propre, très agréable à vivre. Tout est très bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a suffisamment de rangements. La cuisine est pratique et bien fournie.
L’extérieur clos bien aménagé, équipé et avec beaucoup de verdure et de fleurs, permet de profiter du beau temps.
Tout est fait pour que nous ne pensions qu'aux vacances et au repos. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, gentillesse et discrétion tout en restant disponible.

Séjour détente dans les vignes!
5/5C'est notre second séjour au gîte Le Courtil et l'endroit est toujours aussi reposant et propice aux balades dans la campagne et les vignes en compagnie de notre chien. La propriétaire est au petit soin pour nous, et la convivialité est au rendez-vous. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce gîte à tous ceux qui veulent passer un excellent moment à la découverte de la gastronomie, de l'art et de la nature girondine.

5/5Pour la 3me année consecutive nous avons séjourné au Courtil c'est dire si nous l'appécions ainsi que la region Entre deux mers, beaucoup de lieux à découvrir, St Emilion, le marché de Libourne
les voisins environnants extremment sympatiques, c est le calme absolu quand à la propriétaire tres discrete, tres gentille toujours à l'écoute de nos besoins éventuels
nous renouvellerons certainement

5/5Gite très accueillant et propre dans un village très calme.
La propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli.
Il y a eu des soucis de canalisations qu'elle a dû gérer pendant notre séjour, ce qu'elle a fait avec discrétion et courtoisie.
La bonne surprise était la 3° chambre (avec un lit simple).
Juste la salle de douche un peu vieillotte.
Je recommande ce gite pour passer une semaine reposante près de Saint Emilion.- Cleanliness 5/5
