Once upon a time, there was a little house in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood... That’s where the fairy tale ends—reality will charm you.
Located in Gujan-Mestras, in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, the La Dune Blanche holiday cottage—completely renovated in a seaside style—is the perfect place to fully enjoy your stay. Ideally situated less than 2 kilometers from the Arcachon Bay’s nearest beaches, various shops, recreational parks, and the seven ports of Gujan-Mestras—and about a dozen kilometers from the Dune du Pyla—it has been fully equipped to combine comfort and convenience.
The house features an enclosed garden with a large covered terrace equipped with a wicker outdoor seating area, a barbecue, and a small storage shed available for guests’ use. The interior consists, on the ground floor, of a living-dining area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm memory foam mattress, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A sleeping area is located upstairs on the mezzanine level, featuring two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together and a sofa bed (a safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs).
Reversible air conditioning and electric heating in the bedroom and bathroom.
To make your stay as hassle-free as possible, bed linens (beds made on arrival), bath towels, table linens, air conditioning, and electric heating are included in the rate. End-of-stay cleaning is optional and subject to an additional fee.
Pet welcome under certain conditions (additional deposit required).
Parking is available for 2 vehicles on the property.
An electric car charging station is available upon request at the time of booking or at the start of your stay on-site (€30/week during off-peak hours).
Four adult bicycles are available in a 10 m² shed (subject to them being in good working order upon your arrival).
