Once upon a time, there was a little house in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood... That's the end of the tale, but the reality will seduce you.
Located in Gujan-Mestras, in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, the Holiday cottage La Dune Blanche has been completely renovated in a seaside spirit and is ideal for making the most of your stay. Ideally located less than 2 kilometers from the first beaches of the Bassin, the various shops, the leisure parks, the seven ports of Gujan-Mestras and a dozen kilometers from Dune du Pyla, it has been fully equipped to combine comfort and practicality. The house features an enclosed garden with a large covered terrace equipped with a woven outdoor lounge, a barbecue and a small garden shed. The first floor comprises a living room with dining area and lounge opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 memory foam bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A sleeping area on the mezzanine floor features two twin 90x200 beds and a bz (safety barrier at the top of the stairs). For an easy stay, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, table linen and heating are included in the price. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (additional deposit required). Reversible air conditioning and Electric heating in bedroom and bathroom. Parking available for 2 vehicles on the property. Electric car recharging point available on request when booking or at the beginning of your stay (€30/off-peak/week). 4 adult bicycles are available in a 10 m shed. We'll be happy to guide you on your arrival, and during your stay if you wish, to help you discover the Bay of Arcachon and the surrounding area, so that your stay is just as you imagined it would be.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte au calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. La localisation est idéale : proche de plusieurs sites touristiques et des commerces.
L’accueil a été irréprochable, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement les bienvenus. Notre petit chien a également été très bien accueilli, ce qui est rare et appréciable.
Un véritable coup de cœur : confort, tranquillité, proximité, et un vrai sens de l’hospitalité. À recommander les yeux fermés !

Sev69 Gîte magnifique
Effet Wahou garantie digne d'un magazine de décoration. Gîte très agréable bien équipé et chaleureux. Avec des conseils sur les visites à effectuer durant le séjour.
Nos amis à 4 pattes apprécieront l’accueil et le jardin. Virginie une hôte accueillante et qui met en valeur son gîte par son histoire et son amour pour le bassin d’Arcachon.
Ce gîte est un petit cocon que l’on a du mal à quitter.

So ein herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter zu Beginn, vielen Dank dafür!
Es gab direkt gute Tipps für die Region und Infomaterial lag auch bereit.
Das Haus ist so liebevoll und schön eingerichtet! Es macht einfach Spaß dort Urlaub zu machen, man kann die Zeit nur genießen. Es ist an alles gedacht, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und hervorragend ist, das die Ausstattung an Gläsern, Besteck und Geschirr für mehrere Mahlzeiten reicht, ohne das zwischendurch gespült werden muss.
