Holiday cottage close to the owners' home, set in 1.5 ha of wooded grounds with pond and Forest. Independent access, private parking. Owners' Piscine (4.5 m x 8.5 m, 1.20 m to 1.80 m deep) available from May to end September (weather permitting). Covered terrace opening onto a large private garden. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, deep fryer, filter and espresso coffee makers, etc.) opening onto a large living room with dining area, library and sitting area (TV, stereo, wood-burning stove), laundry room, WC.
Upstairs: one bedroom (1 bed 160x2m, 1 bed 90x1.90m) with bathroom (Italian shower), one bedroom (2 twin beds 90x2m) with bathroom (Italian shower), mosquito nets on windows. Electric heating included. Unlimited free wifi internet access. Standing barbecue. Possibility of renting sheets, towels, wood, cleaning service on request (fee payable). Tourist tax extra. Rental reserved exclusively for private individuals. Nearby leisure activities: Castor wake park, Route des Lacs, St Laurent wakeboard, Wakeskate and other leisure activities for all ages 850 m from the Holiday cottage. Restaurant in the village "Le vigneron à table" Hairdresser.

PeterD Comfortabele gite !
We thoroughly enjoyed this stylishly furnished gîte. It's situated on a spacious plot and offers plenty of privacy. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool. It is a wonderful place where we'd love to return.A great base for exploring the surrounding area and Bordeaux, for example.

Morgane Un p'tit coin de paradis
Nous avons passé 2 semaines "au paradis" à La Désirade. La propriété entièrement sécurisée est parfaite pour profiter de tout ce qu'elle offre en famille : terrasse ouverte mais ombragée, piscine à 29°, balançoires pour les enfants, 3 poneys à nourrir et à caresser, étang pour pêcher. De plus, le gîte est très bien agencé et très complet au niveau du "matériel" mis à disposition. Les chambres et salles de douches sont grandes et confortables.
Discrets, mais disponibles, les propriétaires sont de bon conseil pour découvrir la région.

kiwicanuck Wonderful stay
The gite owners were helpful at every stage. Our car had a problem and we were whisked off to a garage the next day. That saved our holiday. They discretely provided information when we needed it and left us to our own devices. A beautifully provisioned gite and a marvelous pool. It was lovely to be able to sit outside amongst all the greenery. We would highly recommend the gite - and the owners!

Zozo Très belle location
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte bien situé et au calme pour des vacances reposantes.
Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais disponibles en cas de besoin. Piscine top et appréciable pour se délasser après une journée à crapahuter ou pour se rafraîchir Les poneys que nous avons eu plaisir à nourrir vont nous manquer ! Nous reviendrons...- Cleanliness

GEA Une agréable villégiature
Sur la rive droite de la Dordogne et pas loin de l'estuaire, ce gîte pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, est au calme et au milieu de la verdure. L'étang est magnifique et la présence de 3 poneys shetland donne un charme certain à cet espace. Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires. Ils sont très discrets et néanmoins de bon conseil. Piscine très agréable. Le gîte en lui même est très confortable. Literie impeccable. Propreté et hygiène irréprochables. Proximité appréciable avec Bordeaux, Saint Émilion, Arcachon, Royan.... A coup sûr le prochain lieu de vos vacances en Gironde. En tout cas, nous vous le recommandons.
