Situated in the heart of the vineyards, the Holiday cottage Franc Tillède has been converted from an old wine storehouse to provide all the modern comforts you need for a peaceful stay. Its privileged location in the middle of the vineyards and close to a hiking trail will be ideal for many walks (Cadarsac Lake) on foot or by bike. Secure storeroom for your bikes. On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a living room with kitchen, dining area and corner sofa bed (convertible 2 places: 140), a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a second bedroom with two 90cm beds. The Holiday cottage adjoins the owner's house. It has a terrace and private parking on a fully enclosed plot of approx. 150 m². The utility room is outside, with washing machine and dryer, and opens onto the terrace. Holiday cottage located on the edge of a local road (not very busy). Electric heating and reversible air conditioning (only in the living room). Wifi Internet access. Possibility of renting sheets (10€/bed), towels (7€/pers.) and end-of-stay cleaning (weekly rate 75€). Pets allowed under conditions to be agreed with the owner, deposit €100/pet. Tourist tax extra.
