We welcome you to this historic house with thick walls—sun-drenched yet wonderfully cool during the sweltering summer heat. A sense of calm reigns here. Its large windows open onto a 1,500-square-meter shaded garden filled with flowers. With a little patience and keen observation, you might be lucky enough to spot our pair of squirrels. Just a few hundred meters away, the pine forest beckons, inviting you to enjoy beautiful hiking.
The house is attached to another residence, close to the owner’s home and another unit, with a shared, enclosed, shaded garden and a terrace. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave)/dining room with fireplace insert, one bedroom (1 bed 1.60m x 2m), one bedroom/living room (2 beds 90cm x 1.90m) and TV, bathroom/toilet. Gas heating. Sheets, towels, and linens provided; Heating included. Fiber internet. Shared dryer in a shed 30 meters away. Extra bed (90 cm) available for an additional €40/week. End-of-stay cleaning available for a fee.
End-of-stay cleaning package available upon request for an additional fee. Two mountain bikes provided: one men’s and one women’s, shared with the other holiday cottage. Barbecue and lounge chairs with cushions. Pets allowed with an additional deposit.
Tourist tax is an additional charge. Check-in is at the holiday cottage; please call the owner before arrival (automatic gate). The lawn is maintained by a robotic lawn mower.
