Live in the heart of the village!

This grouping of two adjoining Holiday cottages is housed in the village's former presbytery. It has a 360 m² enclosed garden. It shares a common garden entrance with Holiday cottage G72, as well as a 650 m² enclosed courtyard. The first six-person Holiday cottage comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and a 30 m² living room with sofa bed. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two with double beds (140 cm) and one with twin beds (90 cm). The second five-person Holiday cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, and a living room with a sofa bed. A separate entrance and WC complete the first floor, while the first floor comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and one with a single bed (90cm). Two bathrooms with WC complete the sleeping area, and a high chair and baby bed are available for families. Heating is provided by a central gas-fired system (extra charge). Rental of sheets, towels and kitchen linen, as well as a cleaning package, are optional. A shaded public area is nearby. Tourist tax is extra. Pets allowed with a deposit, or you can rent a room from the town hall. Shops are in Sauveterre de Guyenne, 7 kilometers away. The Lake de Blasimon offers fishing and swimming. The village has an abbey and St Ferme to visit, not forgetting the Château de Duras...
