GITE DU PETIT RUISSEAU

Our 81m2, stone-built holiday cottage is housed in a former wine storehouse in the heart of the Bordeaux Vineyard in the Entre-Deux-Mers region. It overlooks a large park in the quiet Countryside and has a terrace, a large 1000 m2 plot shared with the owner, with children's play area, garden furniture with parasol and barbecue. The Holiday cottage comprises a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area (equipped with a sofa bed clic clac convertible for one person), a first bedroom equipped with a 140x190cm bed and two 90x190cm bunk beds, a second bedroom equipped with a 140x190cm bed, a shower room (Italian shower), a separate WC and a laundry room (washing machine, freezer).
The entire Holiday cottage is equipped with Electric heating (included in the price). Bed linen provided except for one-night stays (€15/bed). No smoking. Pets allowed. We have GITE BÉBÉ approval and can provide baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, etc.) The gîte is adjoining the owners' home and a farm building. 7 km cycle path.
As a winegrower, you can visit our cellars 2 kilometers away, with free wine tasting. The Holiday cottage is ideally located for touring the Gironde region and visiting Bordeaux, Saint Emilion, Arcachon, Castelmoron-d'Albret (smallest village in France)...
