At the gateway to the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Landes de Gascogne forest, in a small hamlet on the edge of the Forest, the Holiday cottage du Fiail is an old house entirely renovated in 2016, set in 1100 m² of grounds with an enclosed garden.
It comprises an equipped kitchen, a small veranda ideal for breakfast, a dining room, a large living room, two bedrooms (two double beds), two shower rooms (one with toilet) and an independent toilet. Small extra bedroom for Kids with two 90cm bunk beds. Holiday cottage adjoined by a garage where you can park your car. Holiday cottage equipped with electric heating and a pellet stove (pellets supplied for a few flambées, then extra).
A Green Up plug is available for electric vehicles, at extra cost (meter).
Table linen is included in the price. Possibility of renting sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (extra charge). Barbecue and plancha.
Lake Sanguinet 20km, Piscine Naturelle d'Audenge 14km (free). At Lanton Beach du Bassin. 58km Marquèze Ecomuseum.

Accueil sympathique avec de bons conseils. Maison très spacieuse . L'environnement est très calme et c'était parfait pour nous. La maison est vraiment bien située pour profiter de tout le bassin d'Arcachon et même plus sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres.

Jean Paul Semaine au gite du Fiail
Maison landaise traditionnelle remarquablement située en orée de forêt landaise dans un cadre très bucolique (grand jardin et prairie où paturent moutons poneys et âne) à l'équidistance entre la côte nord du bassin (Andernos,le Cap-Ferret) et la côte sud (Gujan-Mestras, Arcachon, Pyla Sur Mer et la dune du Pilat.
Le gite est parfaitement équipé, d'un confort parfait. L'accueil des propriétaires est très amical.

Sarah Très beau gîte, confortable et bien situé.
Un gîte confortable et bien aménagé, parfait pour visiter les environs : le bassin d'Arcachon, les dunes, les landes. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et nous ont aidés en nous suggérant des endroits à visiter. Je recommande vivement ce gîte à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter la région et disposer d'un endroit calme où se retirer après une journée de visites bien remplie.

Les Nordistes Vacances en famille
Nos deux semaines de vacances furent excellentes.
Ce gîte est spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé, à proximité de tous ce que l'on désire et calme.
