Located in the heart of the Domaine du Roc, a 6-hectare property with gardens, woods and meadows with horses, we warmly welcome you to our Holiday cottage in this peaceful, bucolic setting. Ideally located 8 km from Saint-Emilion, 45 km from Bordeaux, 13 km from Libourne and 17 km from Lake Gurson at Villefranche de Lonchat, there are numerous walks and Hiking trails.
On site, you'll find a landscaped courtyard adjoining the Holiday cottage, with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. For your relaxation, our 4x10m saltwater swimming pool is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm from 01/05 to 30/09. Sports enthusiasts can play tennis on our private tennis court (tennis rackets available on loan). Finally, you'll be able to stroll around the property (picnic tables set up in various places), including fishing in the pond. On the first floor, the Holiday cottage is housed in a Girondine stone house. It comprises a kitchen, a living room with dining area and lounge (fireplace, sofa bed with comfort mattress), a shower room with shower, toilet and washing machine (intermediate level accessed by 4 steps). Upstairs are two attic bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a small bedroom for Kids with two 90x190 beds, plus a small toilet. Holiday cottage with electric heating (included in price). Sheets, towels, table linen and wood are included in the price, and beds made on arrival. Domaine classified as an LPO refuge. Horses are welcome in a meadow with shelter (electric fence) and unlimited hay (daily fee of €15 per horse). Tourist tax extra. Holiday cottage suitable for Telework (office area in bedroom, internet connection). The winegrower-owners invite you to discover their vineyards. Ping-Pong table, swing. Massage available on request. Pets allowed on leash 5 €/day.
