This typical 18th-century Nord-Gironde house is located in the heart of a 40-hectare farm, just 7 kilometers from Saint-André-de-Cubzac. It offers a peaceful, verdant setting, with a Forest and pond on the property, as well as a garden and garage.
The house comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room. The separate living room features a sofa bed. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds. There's also a bathroom with WC, a separate shower room and separate WC.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen rental are optional extras. Bathroom linen and kitchen towels are provided, as is wood for heating.
The house has Wifi access. Tourist tax not included.
Rental exclusively for private individuals.

Marcel Très joli gite
Nous sommes arrivés dans ce gite et nous avons été accueilli merveilleusement bien. La propriétaire est une hôte remarquable, très gentille, accueillante, très bonne conseillère. C'est simple, c'est comme si on arrivait dans la "famille". Malgré la chaleur, le gite est très frais. L'endroit est super calme et beau. C'est plus joli que sur les photos qui datent un peu (machine à café Nespresso et petit écran plat sont présents alors qu'ils n'apparaissent pas sur les photos. Le linge de toilettes est fourni gracieusement).
Enfin, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et reposante. Je vous le conseille et je pense que nous reviendrons dans ce gite avec plaisir.- Cleanliness

Très beau gîte, décoré et meublé avec goût, dans un cadre de verdure apaisant.
La propriétaire, Mme PONTALLIER, est d'une gentillesse rare. Discrète mais très attentive ,elle nous a beaucoup appris sur la viticulture bordelaise.
Le gîte est dans un environnement calme tout en permettant de rayonner vers les sites d'intérêt. Les plages sont un peu loin mais les routes pour s'y rendre sont excellentes!
