Gîte du Domaine de la Gravette

Martine will be delighted to welcome you to Domaine de la Gravette, a former winegrowing estate about 800 m from the village of Cubnezais, some 30 km north of Bordeaux. This location is ideal for discovering the region's many tourist attractions, from the citadel of Blaye to the medieval village of Saint Emilion and its vineyards. For your stay with family or friends, we offer a 2 épis gîte for 6 people, plus an annex with two bedrooms, each with private shower room/wc, for a total of 10 people. The gîte, in part of the family home dating from the 19th century, comprises a beautiful, authentic living room with stone walls and exposed beams, kitchen, dining room and TV lounge, pellet stove, three bedrooms (one 160x200 bed, one 160x200 bed and two 90x190 beds), one of which has its own private shower room/wc, a separate shower room/wc and a separate toilet. The annex is separate from the gîte; it is located on the first floor and can be accessed via an outside staircase. It comprises two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, and a private shower room and toilet.
There is a private, leafy outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue (not enclosed). Parking is available on the property next to the gîte. The gîte has oil-fired central heating in the main room and electric heating in the bedrooms and bathrooms, included in the price subject to reasonable consumption; a pellet stove completes the package (one bag of pellets per day included). Gîte adjoining a house. Pets are welcome, but will not be allowed in the bedrooms. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee).
