We welcome you to this old house with its thick walls, bathed in sunshine and so cool during the summer heat. Calm reigns here. Its large windows open onto a shady, flower-filled 1500m2 park. With patience and observation, you may be lucky enough to see our pair of squirrels? Just a few hundred meters away, you'll find the pine forest, ideal for Hiking. The house is independent, close to the owners' home and another Holiday cottage with a shaded enclosed park, and on-site parking. It comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave), a bedroom/living room with a 140x190 cm bed, and a shower room/WC. Bed linen and towels provided, shower products and essentials. Fiber optics. Barbecue and deckchairs with cushions. Shared tumble dryer in nearby garage, 2 mountain bikes (one men's and one women's) shared with other Holiday cottage. Gas central heating. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Extra bed (90cm) available at extra cost, €40/week. End-of-stay cleaning charge, tourist tax extra. Classified as a 3-star holiday cottage, reception is at the Holiday cottage, please call the owner before arrival (automatic gate). There is an autonomous robot in the garden for mowing the grass.
