Gite du Chateau Ysard

Château Ysard is a family home located 12 kilometers from Bordeaux, built in the 18th century. Set in 7 hectares of parkland, it was renovated in 2016.
The 46m² Holiday cottage adjoins the owners' house and has independent access.
Outside, a large terrace gives access to the garden and the 11x5m Piscine, 1.10m to 2.40m deep, open from early June to early October, shared with the owners. Inside, the Holiday cottage comprises :
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, stainless steel steamer, raclette machine, coffee makers (espresso and classic), top fridge with freezer), dining area and sitting area with 90x190cm sofa bed (possibility of accommodating an extra person, €30/week).
- A bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, a desk, a closet and a storage cupboard, whose French window opens directly onto the terrace.
- Bathroom with bathtub with shower screen, electric towel dryer, double washbasin and toilet.
Bed linen and towels for the swimming pool are provided and included in the price, as are electricity and heating during the winter months.
The house has wifi internet access.
The Piscine is protected by an electric curtain and has ladder access.
The parking lot, 25 m from the Holiday cottage, is secured by an electric gate with remote control.
There is a small, unsecured pond with water lilies and lotuses in the garden.
