In the heart of a 40-hectare nectar-producing vineyard in the Puisseguin Saint-Émilion appellation, overlooking the Dordogne valley, the Holiday cottage de Guibeau opens its doors to an enchanting panorama of greenery and an idyllic setting for a stay of peace and discovery, including the medieval city of Saint Emilion, a UNESCO world heritage site, the prestigious Grands Crus Saint Emilion châteaux and their estates, small local nuggets, the royal bastide of Libourne, ....
Carefully designed, this place combines charm, comfort and authenticity: every element of decoration and furniture has been selected to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. The owners will be delighted to welcome you and share their passion with you, introducing you to the secrets of the vine and wine at the heart of the estate. Set in a fully restored, independent outbuilding with character, this gîte guarantees privacy and serenity - ideal for special moments with family or friends. It comprises a beautiful, bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a convivial dining area and a living room opening onto the terrace and garden. There are three comfortable bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), a shower room and separate WC. For a carefree experience, beds are made on arrival. Towels and kitchen linen can be hired as an optional extra, as well as a cleaning service at the end of your stay. A barbecue is also available to make the most of the fine weather. Nearby, in the commune of Puisseguin, you'll find all the shops you need: Pharmacy, butcher's shop, grocery store, second-hand goods shop and tearoom.
