Welcome to the Gîte du Charpentier, right in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyard.
We welcome you to this fully renovated holiday cottage, where comfort and modernity blend with the warm, authentic atmosphere of this family home.
Carpenters from father to son, our holiday cottage owes its name to our craftsmanship passed down through several generations, as evidenced by the workshop currently located next to the holiday cottage.
Situated in the Entre-deux-Mers countryside, you’ll enjoy a pleasant setting with a view of the Château de Benauge. You’ll appreciate the proximity to the region’s many tourist attractions: wineries, bastides, and charming little villages, châteaux (Malagar, Malromé, Benauge, Cadillac, and more), and much more. Nature lovers can explore the Entre-deux-Mers region at their own pace on a hike or a bike ride along the bike paths.
The holiday cottage is accessible from the road via a ground-level entrance. It can also be accessed via an outdoor staircase located below, near the orchard. You’ll have access to an enclosed garden with a large shaded patio equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue. You’ll also have access to the orchard located below (unfenced).
The holiday cottage can accommodate up to 8 people. It features a pleasant, spacious, and bright living area with a dining area and a living room furnished with a large sofa and a television, which opens onto the fully equipped kitchen.
A hallway leads to the holiday cottage’s four bedrooms (one bedroom with two beds 90x190 and the other three, each with one bed 160x200), the bathroom (with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet), and to a separate toilet.
The holiday cottage provides baby equipment (crib, high chair) as well as various board games.
The entire holiday cottage is equipped with electric heating. Free Wi-Fi. For everyone’s comfort, our holiday cottage is smoke-free. Sheets and kitchen linens are included in the price. Bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning services are available for rent (optional paid services). Parking is available on the property.
