Gîte du Caplande

Situated in the heart of the Bassin d'Arcachon, in the commune of Le Teich, not far from the bird sanctuary, some fifteen kilometers from Arcachon, the Dune du Pyla and its ocean beaches, the gîte du Caplande welcomes you for your stay of a few days or more. Our gîte, in a 36m² cottage, is located next to our house (not overlooked) in a quiet residential area. You'll have your own private outdoor terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and plancha, ideal for enjoying the mild weather. You can park your vehicle and bicycles in the property's private, secure parking lot (enclosed parking with secure gate and video surveillance system). You'll appreciate the comfort of our gîte, where everything has been thought of to ensure you have the best possible stay. It comprises a main room opening onto the terrace with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, sleeping area equipped with a 140x190 bed and a shower room with shower, toilet and washing machine. The gîte is equipped with electric heating. Bed linen and heating are included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee).
