The holiday cottage is housed in a former 18th-century home, a semi-detached house, and located next to the owner’s house. It features a flower-filled garden, a covered terrace, and an enclosed courtyard opening onto the private in-ground pool, which is equipped with an alarm, a fence, and a canopy.open during the summer (11m x 5m with steps, depth ranging from 1.20m to a maximum of 1.50m).
