Gîte des Rouleaux

Situated in the north of the Gironde, between the estuary, the marshes, the "Terres d'oiseaux" safari park (take your picnic, there are tables) and the Vineyard, at the gateway to the Charente Maritime, 25 km from the Jonzac Antilles (casino, swimming pools, wellbeing...), the Rouleaux gîte welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Situated in a small hamlet, it has enclosed grounds with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The house comprises an entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, three bedrooms (one with a 1.40x1.90 bed, two 0.90x1.90m beds and one 0.90x1.90m bed), a shower room and an independent toilet. Heat pump with air conditioning in the kitchen and living room and electric heating in the bedrooms. Pets allowed (deposit of €100 per animal).
Possibility of renting sheets, towels and kitchen linen, plus cleaning service at the end of your stay. Tourist tax extra. Holiday cottage suitable for Telework (office area in bedroom, internet connection). 1km from shops in Saint Ciers, all basic necessities: bakery, delicatessen, butcher, hairdresser, Pharmacy.... Access card for garbage cans, plus 16€ deposit on arrival.
