Situated 1.7 km from the beach at Port du Lake d'Hourtin and 12 km from the ocean beaches, in a quiet, pleasant subdivision, our house is the ideal setting for a vacation between ocean, Forest and Vineyard. Semi-detached from the owners' home, the house has its own independent access, a terrace with garden furniture, two deckchairs, a barbecue and a small private garden. On one level, it comprises a bright main room with kitchen, dining area and living room with flat-screen TV, two bedrooms (one 140x190cm bed and two 80x190cm beds that can be combined to form one 160x190cm bed), a shower room and separate toilet. Electric heating. End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen optional, towels not provided. Tourist tax extra. Fixed outdoor barbecue. Parking space.

    Séjour parfait

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte ! Le lieu est agréable, très propre et parfaitement fonctionnel. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, ce qui nous a mis à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Rien ne manque pour passer un moment confortable et reposant. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

    Gîte spacieux et très confortable

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Gîte des Métairies, la maison est très confortable, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, et la terrasse est super pour profiter du calme et du soleil. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires. Nous recommandons donc vivement.
