Gîte des Ecureuils

Situated in a peaceful part of Cassy, the gîte is within easy reach of the Bassin d'Arcachon and the ocean beaches. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, with its local shops and cycle path. Set in a 600 m2 fenced garden planted with trees, the first floor comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen opening onto the living room (fireplace) with direct access to the 35 m2 shaded terrace, a bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 cm bed (storage space), a bathroom (bathtub) and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into 2 80 x 200 cm beds, and the other with 1 90 x 190 bed and 1 120 x 190 bed. A landing with an 80x200cm bed, a shower room and separate WC complete the layout.
The terrace is shaded by oak trees and features garden furniture and deckchairs. Direct access to the kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals using the barbecue and gas hob.
Garden parking and lockable garage for surfboards, bicycles, etc.
Linen and towels provided free of charge. Beds made on arrival. Free WIFI.
The gîte has an electric recharging point for your vehicle (fixed rate €30/week from June to September, and on meter reading the rest of the year).
The owners stay in an adjoining studio at weekends.
