Located in a peaceful neighborhood of Cassy, this holiday cottage offers easy access to the Arcachon Basin and the ocean beaches. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, along with local shops and a bike path. Set in a fenced, tree-lined 600 m² garden, the house features, on the ground floor, an entryway, a kitchen open to the living room (with a wood-burning insert) that opens directly onto a 35 m² shaded terrace, a bedroom with a Bed 160 x 200 (with storage), a bathroom (with a bathtub), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: one has a Bed 160 x 200 that can be converted into two 80 x 200cm beds, and the other has one 90 x 190cm bed and one 120 x 190cm bed. A landing furnished with an 80 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet complete the layout.
The terrace is shaded by oak trees and features patio furniture and lounge chairs. Direct access to the kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals between the barbecue and the gas stove.
Parking is available in the garden, and there is a lockable garage for storing surfboards, bicycles, and more.
Kitchen linens and bed linen are provided free of charge. Beds are made on arrival. Free Wi-Fi.
The holiday cottage has an electric charging point for your vehicle (flat rate of €30/week from June to September, and billed based on meter readings the rest of the year).
The owners are present in a studio adjacent to the holiday cottage on weekends.
Electric heating is available at an additional cost, and there is a fireplace with an insert (free firewood). Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available for a fee. Municipal reference OTCDB00360
