Located between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, in a hamlet near the village center, this historic home features a private, enclosed courtyard. Entirely on one level, it consists of an entryway, a main living area with a kitchen, dining and lounge area (sofa bed convertible to a 140 cm bed—sheets not included), a bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and its own bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Bed linen is provided for the bed. Bathroom and kitchen linens are available for rent for an additional fee.
Electric heating. Internet access (modem). Tourist tax not included.
The garden is enclosed but cannot contain a cat.

    Un gîte vraiment bordelais.. Simple et tout est là.
    Très proche de Bordeaux, et évidemment de la Dordogne.

    Maison idéale pour un couple de retraité, tout le confort pour 8 jours
    Endroit trés calme, proche des commerces.
