A historic 19th-century home, typical of the Haute Gironde region, located in the Côtes de Bourg Vineyard and surrounded by vineyards, with a tree-lined garden and parking. Ground floor: large living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, featuring a sitting area (leather sofa and 1-meter flat-screen TV) and a dining area; large, fully equipped, built-in kitchen (microwave), large table, and a bedroom accessible to guests with limited mobility, featuring a private shower room and a separate toilet with a hand-wash basin that is also accessible. Upstairs are 2 small bedrooms (1 bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190) and a bathroom with a toilet.
Sheets, kitchen linens, and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.
Electric heating. Any electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh per day will also be billed, based on the meter reading.
Two Terra Aventura trails are located not far from the holiday cottage (in Plassac and Bourg).
