Gite de Tilot

Situated in the heart of the Entre-deux-mers region, between vineyards and countryside, in a calm and pleasant environment, about three kilometers from the Roger Labépie cycle path, this Gironde house, entirely restored in 2011, welcomes you for your stays with family or friends. The gîte has a large, unfenced plot, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a soccer pitch, and a covered carport (hangar). Inside, an entrance opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and living room (2-seater sofa bed). A laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet communicates with the kitchen. Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the second with 2 90x200 beds. A bathroom with toilet is included. The accommodation is equipped with electric heating. Bed linen, table linen and towels are included in the price. Owners on site. Tourist tax extra. Cleaning service available at end of stay (€50). The gîte is for tourist bookings only.
