Gite de Tilot

Situated in the heart of the Entre-deux-mers region, between vineyards and Countryside, in a calm and pleasant environment, about three kilometers from the Roger Labépie cycle path, this Gironde house, entirely restored in 2011, welcomes you for your stays with family or friends.
The Holiday cottage has a large unfenced plot, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a soccer pitch and a covered carport.
Inside, an entrance hall opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and living room (2-seater sofa bed). A laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet communicates with the kitchen.
Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the second with 2 90x200 beds. A bathroom with toilet is included.
Electric heating. Bed linen, towels and heating included in the price.
Owners on site. Tourist tax extra. End-of-stay cleaning service available at extra cost.
